Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website www.labtolight.com (“the Website”), or by booking and attending any session offered by Lab to Light, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Lab to Light, operated by Vidya R. Sridhar (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or book a session.
Nature of Services
Lab to Light offers the following services:

Akashic Records Reading – A 30-minute session exploring soul-level patterns, recurring themes, and deeper life purpose (Rs. 2,500 per session).

Channeling Session – A 30-minute session providing intuitive guidance, messages, and clarity from a deeper place (Rs. 2,000 per session).
Important disclaimer: Our services are spiritual and intuitive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Nothing communicated during a session should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prognosis, legal opinion, or financial guidance. Clients are solely responsible for the decisions they make based on the content of any session.
Lab to Light does not claim to predict the future with certainty. Results and experiences vary between individuals. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we have reason to believe the client does not meet this requirement.
If you are booking on behalf of another adult, you represent that you have their full consent to do so and that they agree to these Terms.
Booking and Confirmation
All sessions are booked through our online booking calendar on the Website. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details and session time you provide during booking are accurate.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking as supported by Razorpay at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Lab to Light does not store your payment card details. All financial transactions are governed by Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy.
In the event of a failed transaction where your account has been debited, please contact us at labtolight@gmail.com with your transaction reference number. We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable per the cancellation policy above, will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued on the grounds that the session content did not meet personal expectations, as the nature of intuitive and spiritual work is subjective and cannot be guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
a. Client-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) are non-refundable.
b. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a cancellation per the policy above.

c. Cancellation by Lab to Light
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as early as possible and offer you a full refund or an alternative session time, at your choice.
Session Conduct and Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible experience, clients are expected to:

Join the session on time and from a quiet, private space.

Be in a calm and open state of mind. Sessions will not be conducted if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or substances.

Treat the practitioner with respect. We reserve the right to end any session where conduct is disrespectful, abusive, or threatening, without a refund.

Understand that session outcomes are intuitive and experiential — they are not guaranteed results.
You are responsible for how you use the information, guidance, or messages received during a session. Lab to Light is not liable for any decisions made by you based on session content.
Confidentiality
All personal information and the content of your session are kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose session details to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Sessions are not recorded without the prior written consent of both parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, images, branding, and the book “Lab to Light: Channeling” — is the intellectual property of Lab to Light and Vidya R. Sridhar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without our prior written permission.
The name “Lab to Light,” the tagline “Access. Connect. Transform.” and associated branding are proprietary to this business.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lab to Light and Vidya R. Sridhar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Website or booking platform

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session to which the claim relates.

Our Website may contain links to third-party platforms including Instagram (@lab_to_light), Amazon (for our book), and Razorpay (for payments). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external services. Accessing them is at your own risk.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website, with the Effective Date updated accordingly. Continued use of our Website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
